1. Service scope
These terms cover the public venue guide on the Vegan İstanbul website and the Vegan İstanbul ChatGPT app. The guide helps you discover venues and view published information; no membership account is required. The ChatGPT app provides venue search, details and photo cards.
2. Information freshness
Venue addresses, services, dietary categories and opening hours can change. Do not assume that the guide includes every venue in each area or that every detail is verified in real time. Confirm important details with the venue before visiting. Report incorrect or outdated information to our support address.
3. Dietary categories and allergens
100% vegan identifies a business classified as vegan; it does not mean raw-food cuisine. Vegan-friendly venues offer vegan options. Recorded gluten-free options do not guarantee allergen safety or the absence of cross-contamination. Ask the venue directly about ingredients and preparation conditions.
4. Opening hours
Open or closed status in ChatGPT cards is calculated from recorded weekly hours using Istanbul time at the moment of the query. It is not live confirmation from the venue. Holidays, special events and temporary closures may differ from the recorded schedule. Cards show the check time; an earlier response may no longer apply at a later time.
5. Unsupported actions
The ChatGPT app does not make reservations, place orders, make purchases or process payments, and does not provide a current menu service. A link to a website or venue does not mean any of these actions has been completed. Arrange venue-related transactions directly with the business.
6. Appropriate use and content
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, disrupt the service or access private data. Respect applicable rights when reusing content and images. Send rights-related requests concerning content or images to our support address with the relevant page link.
7. External links and privacy
Third-party services opened from ChatGPT or the guide have their own terms and privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy explains data use on the Vegan İstanbul website and ChatGPT integration. Do not include personal or sensitive information in venue searches.
